We’re excited to announce the release of a new version of Savision iQ, our solution that provides a smart layer on top of your existing IT management systems. No matter the number, source, or type, Savision iQ centralizes, unifies, and ranks all your IT data providing you with enterprise-wide, search-based access from a single pane of glass.
Savision iQ 2.1 delivers three compelling new features. These new features are:
Integration with Derdack Enterprise Alert
Savision iQ now integrates with Derdack Enterprise Alert, opening up countless new ways to be notified about critical IT Ops issues. Derdack Enterprise Alert automates alerting processes and enables a fast, reliable and effective response to incidents threatening the continuity of services and operations. Savision iQ is capable of cataloging huge amounts of IT operations data, and now all of that data can be used to trigger intelligent actionable notifications.
Synchronized Groups and Services
Savision iQ already natively integrates with many of the industry leading IT management systems such as Microsoft System Center, ServiceNow, and SolarWinds. Many organizations have already invested time and effort into building groups, distributed applications, and services. All of this effort can be leveraged directly in Savision iQ. Savision iQ automatically catalogues all the groups, distributed applications, and services found in these systems. All of this information is easily searchable, and visualized through state-driven boards, which can be easily shared with our key stakeholders in your organization.
Last, but certainly not least, we’ve also added the ability to visualize your groups, distributed applications, and services in a hierarchical diagram. When troubleshooting issues with a group, distributed application, or service, all you need to do is click the ‘Locate Critical Issues’ button, and the diagram will auto-expand, pointing out the component(s) that require attention. This dramatically reduces troubleshooting time, and in the long run, helps you ensure the highest level of availability for your business-critical groups, distributed applications, and services.
SolarWinds Web Performance Monitoring
SolarWinds was one of the very first integrations supported natively by Savision iQ. In the Savision iQ 2.1 release, we’ve added support for web performance monitoring using SolarWinds WPM. This enables IT organizations to visualize the health of any configured web transactions in SolarWinds.
