1. SCOPE OF USE

3.1 Elements of Savision websites are protected by intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademark and copyright and may not be copied or imitated in whole or in part. No logo, graphic, sound or image from any Savision website may be copied or retransmitted unless expressly permitted by Savision.
3.2 We make no representations about the suitability of any of the Information contained in the website for any purpose whatsoever. All Information is provided to you “As Is” without any warranty of any kind. Savision disclaims all warranties and conditions with regard to the Information, including, without limitation, all warranties and conditions or merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. However, by posting, uploading, inputting, providing or submitting Third Party Content and other materials you grant Savision, our affiliated companies and necessary sublicensees permission to use such in connection with the operation of our website properties (including, without limitation, the Services), including, without limitation, the license rights to: copy, distribute, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, reproduce, edit, translate and reformat the Third Party Content and other materials; to publish your name in connection therewith your Submission.

5.1 Any software that is made available to download from the Services (“Software”) is the copyrighted work of Savision and/or our suppliers. Use of the Software is governed by the terms of the end user license agreement (“EULA”). By installing the Software you agree to all terms of the EULA.
6.1 Nothing contained in this EULA shall be construed as creating any agency, partnership, or other form of joint enterprise between the Parties. The relationship between the Parties shall at all times be that of independent contractors. Neither Party shall have authority to contract for or bind the other in any manner whatsoever
6.2 This EULA shall be construed under and governed by the laws of The Netherlands.
