Savision signs agreement with AmsterdamPark Capital
Amsterdam, November 10, 2009
AmsterdamPark Capital Partners Venture Fund B.V., a wholly-owned subsidiary of AmsterdamPark Capital has signed an agreement on November 4th 2009 to invest in Savision B.V. Founded in Utrecht, The Netherlands, Savision delivers solutions that transform, enrich and present data collected by Microsoft's system management products.
AmsterdamPark Capital’s reputation to actively support the development of its partner companies as well as its long term vision and commitment for the development of the company, have been key elements in Savision’s choice. As of completion of the transaction, AmsterdamPark Capital will obtain a significant stake in Savision B.V. This is the first step of the implementation of the expansion plan of the company with a view to rapid further growth in the short-medium term.
