Douwe Van de Voort - Managing Director
Douwe co-founded Savision in late 2007 with Dennis Rietvink and is responsible for the strategic direction of Savision. Douwe has over 10 years of experience running international projects and teams. Douwe combines a keen sense for emerging technologies and opportunities with the ability to grow teams and organizations. Prior to founding Savision he held several key roles within EDS (now Hewlett Packard).
At EDS he was the lead architect for the design and development of Enterprise Operations Manager 2006 and Aqua, two software solutions that realized a substantial improvement in the efficiency of the global EDS delivery organization. EOM 2006 was deployed globally to manage all global EDS customers. Aqua infrastructures have been deployed in over 75 countries for hundreds of customers.
In his role as Global Delivery Architect, Douwe designed the delivery architecture for many global EDS customers like SKF, Ericsson and DSM. In this role, Douwe ensured that service delivery exceeded customer expectations and costs of delivery were kept to a minimum.
Douwe studied Law at the University of Utrecht in the Netherlands.
Stefanie Richheimer - Managing Director
Stefanie is responsible for implementing and executing global sales strategies, the day-to-day operations and growth roadmap. Within the senior management team, Stefanie focuses on the commercial and operational aspects of Savision.
Stefanie has a vibrant track record spread over several industries and is a successful and highly accomplished seasoned industry expert in Software, IT & Retail. She was the Managing Director for a market-leading consumer retail chain with 35 outlets before successfully leading her own start-up to become-and remain-one of the key IT firms in The Benelux.
Following that, Stefanie was an integral part of the Federal government’s Direct Foreign Investment team for the City of Amsterdam. Stefanie is also co-founder of AmsterdamPark Capital, an early-stage technology investor.
Stefanie graduated from university in both New York and Utah, with degrees in liberal arts and psychology.
Dennis Rietvink - VP of Professional Services
Dennis co-founded Savision in late 2007 with Douwe Van de Voort, and is responsible for professional services and sales support.
Dennis has over 12 years of systems management and architecture design and deployment experience working for Fortune 500 companies at EDS (now Hewlett Packard) and other firms.
He is the co-architect of multiple innovative (patented) systems and management products used globally at EDS to centrally manage Microsoft based infrastructures of their large accounts.
As an infrastructure architect for multiple projects, Dennis specialized in maintaining communication with the customer and translating business requirements into technical architectures. He worked for many global accounts like Dow Chemicals, DSM, Aegon and the Dutch Railways.
Dennis studied computer science at the Hogeschool of Etten-Leur, the Netherlands.
Rob Doucette - Chief Technology Officer
Rob is responsible for all product teams and the technical direction of the company and manages technical relationships with key partners and customers.
He has more than 10 years of technology experience with a focus on systems management, virtualization and monitoring solutions for large enterprise applications. He has led distributed research and development teams, and has vast experience in designing, developing, and maintaining internationalized monitoring and diagnostics applications.
Prior to joining Savision, Rob was responsible for building industry leading products such as the BridgeWays Management Pack Suite, Quest Spotlight on Active Directory, and Quest Spotlight on Exchange.
Rob studied Computer Systems Engineering at Carleton University, Canada.
Ron Carson - VP Global Marketing
Ron has over 15 years of experience with enterprise software vendors, such as Hewlett Packard and Compaq, in leading marketing teams and helping customers achieve their sales targets. He led, developed and delivered sales training for e-commerce to channel partners and the direct sales force in Silicon Valley, Singapore and India. His teams measurably contribute to revenue growth by delivering qualified, sales-ready leads to the sales force.
While at Hewlett Packard, he was responsible for solution strategies, business cases and go-to-market plans in the Global Healthcare Provider market - including electronic health records, remote monitoring and digital hospitals. Ron has also held executive marketing roles at Sciquest, Innovation Asset Group and Scenera research.
Ron is also founder of Thirdside Solutions, a boutique marketing firm that improves product management, market positioning, lead acquisition and sales strategy for small to medium-sized companies.
Ron holds an MBA from Santa Clara University.
Matthew Carr – Chief Financial Officer
Matthew has over 10 years of experience in various financial and management accounting roles around the world. He is responsible for day-to-day financial reporting, business control, licensing, IP agreements and contracts.
He worked for six years at Cisco Systems as an accountant and US GAAP revenue recognition specialist, where he oversaw the creation of a European Shared Service Center based in Amsterdam.
He spent two years at Clever Communications; a small publicly listed Telecommunications company in Australia. As Finance Manager, he was central in growing the profitability of the company which eventually led to a successful takeover in 2010.
Then as Finance Manager for Belkin, a consumer electronics firm, Matthew partnered with Product Marketing to develop financial models for large retailers and distributors across Europe.
Matthew is a Physics Graduate from the University of Manchester and a Chartered Management Accountant (CMA).
